Modules
Each individual modules of the house are constructed with steel structures that are stronger than normal houses with the typical wood structures. The modules are built in factories into the rooms it is designed with everything included. (e.x. sink, drawers, closets, etc.)
Modular Housing
Modular housing are houses that are assembled together with many modules. The modules are specially desgined to fit into each other by using inter-connections. The modules can be arranged in multiple ways, providing a variety of designs ranging form modern mansions to first time buyer houses.
